About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Expleo UK LTD. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing automation scripts, and providing actionable insights that influence strategic business decisions. Your expertise in SQL, Python, MATLAB, and data analysis tools will be instrumental in driving data-driven initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to extract meaningful insights that support business objectives and strategic planning.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and Python scripts to automate data processing, analysis, and reporting tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and management to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Design and implement new analytics techniques or reconfigure existing data streams to address emerging in-service issues, ensuring rapid response and effective containment at asset or fleet levels.
• Support engine health monitoring, engine performance analysis, and service engineering initiatives through data-driven insights.
• Maintain data integrity, quality, and security while working within cloud environments such as Azure.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve data analysis methodologies and tools.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Aero Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in data analysis or related disciplines are advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in data automation, statistical analysis, and cloud-based data platforms such as Azure.
