Core Responsibilities

• Review and validate data integrity, quality, and accuracy.
• Identify potential process improvements and new areas for BI team involvement.
• Prepare reports and presentations, deriving actionable business insights.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis (scenario modelling, impact analysis, etc.).
• Develop, test, and implement data-driven SQL reports.
• Analyse customer behaviour, market trends, and demographics.
• Communicate insights effectively through excellent written and verbal skills.

Essential Skills & Experience (Must-Haves)

• Strong ability to explain complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders (key requirement).
• 3+ years’ experience with SQL (both analytical and transformational).
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in database documentation.
• Proficiency in building report models with visualisation tools.
• Advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Solid grounding in applied statistics (distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc.).
• Advantageous: Experience with DBT, Python, Machine Learning, and Analytics.
