Data and Reporting Analyst – Full Time, Permanent

Location: Winnersh (RG41) REL Head Office – minimum 3 days per week, work from home up to 2 days per week

Package: £28,000 per annum, plus annual company bonus

Working: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

Do you enjoy creating order from complex information and turning data into insights? Do you thrive on problem solving and using reporting tools to deliver business impact? REL Field Marketing is seeking a Data and Reporting Analyst to join our Business Intelligence Team. In this role, you will help manage and interpret sales data, ensure it is efficiently stored and maintained in our data warehouses, and deliver clear and actionable insights using tools such as Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain records management processes and policies
  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and automate processes
  • Set up and manage automated data processes
  • Produce and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Support and develop reporting processes
  • Design and analyse surveys, presenting insights clearly
  • Create dashboards, graphs, and visualisations to support decision making
  • Mine and analyse large datasets, drawing valid inferences for management teams

What We’re Looking For

  • 2 years experience in a similar data or reporting role
  • Strong logical, mathematical, and numerical aptitude
  • Passion for problem solving and analytical thinking
  • Ability to communicate technical data issues to non-technical audiences
  • Creative flair for presenting data in a clear, engaging way

Essential

Experience with Power BI (report building, dashboards, and data visualisation)

Preferred Skills

  • Strong Excel and Access knowledge; PowerPoint for presentations
  • Understanding of database structures and data handling (import/export)
