We are currently recruiting for a Data Delivery Lead to join our established and experienced Chief Information Office team here at RSA on a basis.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end delivery of complex data projects. Develop and implement comprehensive, structured delivery plans covering the entire data lifecycle, including feature release schedules, dependencies, risk management, and change management processes.
- Oversee governance of complex data delivery projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, reporting and budgets; manage incremental release of data features and capabilities aligned to programme priorities.
- Identify and manage risks, interdependencies, and issues throughout the delivery process; implement mitigation strategies and escalate as needed; apply knowledge of insurance data structures, regulatory frameworks, and risk management practices to guide compliant and reliable data solutions.
Qualifications / About You
- Experience managing the end-to-end delivery of complex data projects and communicating with senior stakeholders to align business and technical teams.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and tools such as Jira, Confluence.
- Experience managing risks, issues, interdependencies, and change across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Implementation experience of cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks) and data projects.
- Knowledge of analytics and BI tools (Power BI) for visualising data and delivering insights.
- Understanding of data management principles and implementation using tools such as Microsoft Purview, Ataccama.
