This is a fully remote role, working in an enterprise-scale environment with complex data flows and business-critical systems.The roleTake ownership of a flagship programme to migrate data from a legacy system and fully decommission itLead end-to-end data migration projects, from discovery and planning through to delivery and post-migration validationDesign and oversee ETL processes, data mapping, transformation and data quality checksEnsure migrated data is accurate, consistent and ready for business useWork closely with technical teams to build and optimise data pipelines and integration workflowsTranslate stakeholder and business requirements into clear delivery plans and technical specificationsManage risks, dependencies, timelines and documentation to keep projects on trackSupport wider data initiatives including reporting, dashboards and continuity of analyticsAct as a trusted advisor to the client, ensuring delivery meets enterprise-level standardsAbout youStrong understanding of ETL, data mapping, data quality and data governanceComfortable working with large, complex datasets and legacy environmentsExperience with sales or marketing data would be highly valuableConfident stakeholder management and ability to challenge constructivelyHighly organised, delivery-focused and able to manage multiple moving partsAble to start immediately or at short noticeThis is a hands-on delivery role with real ownership.
