We combine hands‑on human expertise with an intelligent platform to power continuous privacy operations, turning regulatory chaos into clarity and giving fast‑growing companies the confidence to scale. Our 16‑strong remote team is scaling quickly and has been named one of Tempo’s Top 100 Start‑ups and won Flexa’s Flexible SaaS Award (2023). What We Offer
Freedom with connection – autonomy but never isolation. Competitive pay: £550/day + performance bonus. Variety – work across different industries, products and personalities. Smart tech that handles complexity, letting you focus on strategic impact. Community – collaborate daily with DPOs, Product, Customer Success and Ops teams. Quarterly DPO Days – deep‑dive sessions with the whole team. Continuous growth – learning sessions, platform updates, open forums. Zero beige energy – a start‑up that swaps corporate formality for creativity, fun and momentum.
About You You thrive on variety and love diving into new businesses, learning how they work and helping them grow safely and confidently. You’re not a spreadsheet person – you want tools that help privacy power the business, not block it. You shape how tech supports DPOs and you’re not shy about giving feedback when something can be better. You make privacy real – energetic, empathetic and maybe a few puns up your sleeve. You are bold, curious, collaborative, pushing boundaries and believing compliance can be fun. You’re not looking for another contract; you want a place where your ideas count, your voice is heard and your work builds something bigger. The Role
Be the primary Privacy Expert for a portfolio of Trust Keith customers, delivering outstanding service with warmth, clarity and independence. Implement and oversee comprehensive privacy programmes through the Trust Keith platform, setting priorities, tracking progress and ensuring delivery aligns with each customer’s goals. Lead customer calls, workshops and Risk Committee meetings, making privacy engaging. Manage incoming privacy queries with empathy and speed, meeting SLAs while keeping things human. Conduct data‑protection audits to build a deep understanding of each customer’s risks and realities, turning insights into clear, actionable next steps. Identify and communicate priority risks, helping customers make smart, defensible decisions. Feed back insights from the field to the Product team. Collaborate closely with our Lead DPO and the wider privacy team, sharing best practices and supporting peers. Partner with Customer Success, Product and Ops teams. Share your ideas, expertise and sense of humour at quarterly DPO Days.
