Position: Data Risk & Control Monitoring Manager

Location: Sheffield – 2 days per week onsite, 3 days remote.

Contract: 6 months. Excellent rates inside IR35.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a proven Data Risk & Control Monitoring Management background with experience in the Banking/Financial sector.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage robust data control frameworks to mitigate data risk related to quality, usage, access, retention and movement for the organization.
• Drive the monitoring strategy across data management controls in compliance with data governance policies and standards in partnership with Data Risk Stewards.
• Engage with Risk, Compliance and Internal Audit to ensure data management controls align with regulatory requirements and internal policies and standards.
• Monitor and track key data quality metrics and key control indicators.
