Compensation

Base salary: $30,000.00 – $36,000.00 per year (your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience). Additionally, a monthly starting salary of $2,500 USD is offered.

Responsibilities

• Develop data models to forecast performance outcomes and ROI.
• Automate analysis of key metrics, trends, and content performance.
• Identify patterns, correlations, and opportunities within large, messy datasets.
• Build and maintain dashboards that enable real‑time insights and data‑driven decision making.
• Run statistical tests to validate hypotheses and measure experimental outcomes.
• Deliver clear, actionable insights that bridge data science with strategic execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with business, behavioral, or performance datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, or similar).
• Experience with APIs, web scraping, and NLP or text‑based data analysis.
• Strong ability to distill complex technical findings into clear, strategic insights.

Preferred

• Familiarity with clustering, graph‑based modeling, or knowledge extraction from text data.
• Experience applying Machine Learning or statistical methods to optimize business performance.
