You will work closely with colleagues in consulting and technology to ensure that data science is seamlessly integrated into broader client solutions.You will be responsible for:Designing and building predictive models to power next-best-action and next-best-offer logic.Developing and implementing decisioning and machine learning models focused on customer marketing.Creating simulation and optimisation models to help clients achieve optimal customer outcomes within operational constraints.Ensuring models align with regulations like Consumer Duty and GDPR through collaboration with business and compliance stakeholders.Monitoring and refining models with a focus on ethical AI principles and customer impact.Translating business requirements into robust analytical approaches and communicating technical output to non-technical audiences.Key RequirementsExperience with predictive models, decisioning logic (Pega), and machine learning techniques for credit risk, customer marketing, or lifecycle strategies in the financial services sector.Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).A minimum 2:1 degree in a STEM subject.Strong working knowledge of statistics, including experiment design and predictive modelling.
