We’re looking for a proactive, analytical, and client-focused Delivery Analyst to support the successful implementation of technical projects across our global client base. You’ll work at the heart of our Delivery function, playing a critical role in launching innovative solutions through POCs, Pilots, and full-scale Roll-Outs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting various types of technical implementation projects through high-quality analytics.

Collaborating closely with internal teams including Delivery Managers, Insight Managers, Data Scientists, and Engineering.

Partnering with external client stakeholders, including Store Operations, Head Office Project Managers, and Engineering teams.

Leveraging data and product knowledge to deliver insights that demonstrate and enhance product value.

Providing performance measurement analytics and reporting to internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Supporting the Delivery Manager and Senior Delivery Analyst with proactive, tactical, and ad-hoc analysis.

Identifying opportunities for service and product development through data insights.

Working cross-functionally with engineering and development teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.

Taking ownership of client issues — ensuring timely resolution and clear communication around root causes.

Continuously seeking ways to improve the quality and impact of our analytics, insights, and solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience applying analytics in a professional setting.

Strong competence in Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint.

A creative and proactive problem-solver who can deliver measurable ROI.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey insights to both technical and non-technical senior audiences.

Self-driven with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
