What You'll Do:

As a Delivery Consultant, you'll play a key role in the recruitment process:

• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and social media
• Build relationships over the phone with new and existing candidates
• Support consultants and clients throughout the hiring journey
• Collaborate closely with a dynamic and friendly team

What We’re Looking For:

• Analytical, focused and resilient under pressure
• Confident telephone manner and excellent communication
• Strong people skills and attention to detail
• A team player with a sense of humour and drive to succeed
• No prior recruitment experience needed – full training provided!
• Commission – uncapped earnings potential
• 31 days holiday, rising to 34 (incl. bank holidays & Christmas break)
• Relaxation area with table tennis, darts, snooker & TV and free parking
