Role purpose / summary

• Manage the efficient delivery of large-scale technical projects across the bank, collaborating with stakeholders throughout the software product lifecycle, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and quality standards.

Accountabilities

• Manage delivery, resource allocation, and improvement of complex technical projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Collaborate with customers and business teams to manage customer trials, supporting the proposal of feasible solutions and setting effort and timeline expectations.
• Advise and influence decision-making, contribute to policy development, and ensure operational effectiveness.
• Lead a team performing complex tasks, setting objectives, coaching, and appraising performance.
• Consult on complex issues, providing advice to People Leaders for issue resolution.
• Identify risk mitigation strategies and develop policies to support governance.
• Manage risks and strengthen controls related to work activities.
• Coordinate with other areas to achieve organizational objectives.
• Engage in complex data analysis from multiple sources to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Communicate complex or sensitive information clearly to various audiences.
• Influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
