Leveraging a specialised cross-function capability, the Remediation Centre of Excellence (Rem CoE) respond to organisational-wide issues and incidents to plan, execute and manage robust programmatic frameworks to deliver tailored rectifications to any impacted customers to ensure the the correct outcome.
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Delivery Value Manager to join the Nationwide Rem CoE PMO team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the delivery of programmes, working closely with multiple teams and stakeholders.
In this position, you will be evaluating programme progress, challenge and contribute to decision making and providing valuable insights to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, whilst maintaining compliance and alignment with Rem CoE objectives and remediation framework.

For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our Swindon, Bournemouth, Northampton or London office. What you’ll be doing
You will provide end to end project management, support, insight and challenge to the Delivery Manager or Lead, ensuring the smooth and effective execution of the remediation project. Whilst also overseeing governance activities to maintain compliance and alignment with Rem CoE objectives and remediation framework.
About you
The minimum requirements for the role are:
- Proven experience in managing a project from inception to completion
- Proven experience in following a governance framework
- Subject matter knowledge and expertise of delivery management
- An evidenced understanding of risk management, control standards and change management within a Delivery team
- Strong negotiating, networking, and influencing skills
- Ability to explain decisions confidently and clearly (both verbally and in writing) to multiple stakeholders across the business
- Strong analytical skills: proficient in Excel and handling large data sets, ability to understand, analyse, and interpret data sets to make informed decisions and recommendations
- A detailed level of knowledge of JIRA, Confluence (or equivalent) and PowerBI and a track record of leveraging these tools to your advantage
