Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Lead to join the transformation team as Finance Functional Lead on a large-scale ERP implementation. This is a strategic role where you will work closely with Finance and wider business stakeholders to shape and deliver the new ERP platform. Experience with Deltek Maconomy is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Finance Functional Lead across the ERP implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project timelines
  • Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Operations to gather, analyse, and validate business and system requirements
  • Document system configuration, processes, and procedures
  • Prepare and coordinate UAT activities, including test scripts and training support
  • Troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and close process gaps
  • Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure optimal performance
  • Support data migration from legacy systems, including mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities
  • Analyse financial processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, EPM, T&E), identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years’ ERP implementation or support experience, ideally with Deltek Maconomy
  • Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, EPM, T&E)
  • Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools (e.g. Maconomy BI, Cognos, Power BI)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Project management experience advantageous
  • Experience with systems integration, APIs, or iPaaS (e.g. Workato) beneficial but not essential
