Measure and analyze performance, reporting on inbound pipeline growth and campaign ROI with a focus on data-driven decision making.
Collaborate with SDRs to align on lead quality, share feedback loops, and maximize campaign impact on deal growth.
Maintain and evolve the marketing tech stack, recommending new tools and best practices to stay ahead.
What We’re Looking For:
4–5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing in a B2B SaaS environment.
Proven track record in paid acquisition: hands-on with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and other paid channels. Experience with ABM programs at scale.
Strong experience with HubSpot; familiarity with additional martech tools is a plus. Proficiency in GA4; knowledge of Google Search Console and GTM is a bonus.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communicator with copywriting skills; comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success.
Creative problem solver with the ability to generate fresh ideas and test new approaches.
Demonstrated use and continuous learning of AI tools to streamline processes, enhance creativity, and improve performance.
Curious and eager to learn, always exploring new tactics, trends, and innovations in B2B marketing.
Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative, international environment.
Fluency in English required; another European language is a plus.
What You’ll Gain:
A high-impact role in a fast-growing SaaS company where your work directly drives revenue.
The opportunity to innovate with the latest tools and tactics in digital marketing
A collaborative, international team culture that values creativity, data, and experimentation
