Role Profile

As the Demand Planner, you will develop detailed style demand plans, forecasts, and financial projections used by Sales, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Supply Planning teams to drive critical business processes. You will base style forecasts on merchandising plans, statistical inputs, and historical trends aligned with inventory profitability goals.

• Develop and provide forecasts for internal operations and external vendors.
• Address forecast variances and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Analyse demand data and market performance using statistical tools and data-driven decision making.
• Support decision making through data compilation and reporting.
• Collaborate with Operations to set, review, and execute demand, sourcing, and supply plans.
• Identify process improvements and communicate change requests.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of critical information and procedures.
• Provide demand and production insights across factory/vendor base to the wider Ops team.
