Your Tasks
- Collaborate closely with Brand Managers, the UK Medical Manager, and Regional/Global Training Teams to design and implement a robust, strategic training framework.
- Lead the deployment and integration of the Eucerin Way of Training and Data‑Driven Training methodologies across UK pharmacy and sales teams.
- Contribute to Annual Business Planning (ABP) by defining and delivering training objectives that align with overarching commercial goals.
- Empower the national sales team to meet performance targets through focused training, coaching, and in‑field support.
National Account & Field Training
- Deliver tailored training and support to key national pharmacy accounts.
- Facilitate impactful training sessions on the Eucerin portfolio and dermatological topics for pharmacy professionals.
- Coach Pharmacy Sales Advisors, Beauty Advisors to enhance in‑store execution and consumer engagement.
- Establish and maintain scalable “Train the Trainer” models to boost knowledge retention and program reach.
Stakeholder Training & Development
- Lead the creation and execution of internal and external training programs to drive brand confidence, engagement, and excellence.
- Own and continuously refine all training initiatives to ensure strategic alignment with business goals. Champion the Derma School program, promoting cross‑functional collaboration under the “One Beiersdorf” ethos.
- Take full responsibility for training related to new product launches, ensuring consistency with marketing and medical strategies across all stakeholder groups.
Training Content Development & Management
- Adapt, develop, and manage all UK & ROI Eucerin training materials.
- Collaborate with Brand and Medical Managers to produce customized training content for Pharmacy Sales Advisors, dermatologists, and retail partners, hosted on Expert Hub and tailored for national congresses.
- Conduct internal training sessions focused on product expertise and sales excellence for Pharmacy Sales Advisors.
- Lead the planning and execution of training for all New Product Development (NPD) initiatives in the UK & ROI, in partnership with Brand Managers and the Medical Manager.
Your Profile
- Proven background in delivering impactful training, ideally within dermocosmetics, skincare, or pharmacy sales (2–3 years minimum).
- Degree in Pharmacy, Cosmetology, Aesthetics, Nursing, or related field; dermatology expertise is a plus.
- Strong interest in skincare and dermatological topics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; confident presenter with the ability to simplify complex scientific concepts.
- Skilled at fostering trust‑based relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and digital training platforms.
- Full UK driving licence; open to regular UK travel and 3 days/week office presence.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities independently and delivering measurable outcomes.
