Digital Adoption Specialist – Pleasant Valley Farm Equine Education Center

London or Bristol | Hybrid (1 day per week in office)

Overview

We're looking for a Digital Adoption Specialist to join our growing digital transformation team. You'll help people across the business get the most out of our technology—from Microsoft 365 and Copilot to legal tech platforms like iManage and Intapp. This role goes beyond training sessions; you'll dig into adoption data, work with teams to understand what’s holding them back, and create resources that actually make a difference. You’ll also keep an eye on emerging tech and AI trends that could benefit the firm.

Responsibilities

  • Drive digital adoption: encourage teams to embrace new tools and ways of working.
  • Use adoption metrics to spot where people need support.
  • Help break down barriers and support change across different groups.
  • Stay current with legal tech and AI developments.
  • Deliver training in different formats—virtual, in‑person, and on‑demand.
  • Create practical resources: quick guides, videos, eLearning modules.
  • Develop AI skills frameworks and digital capability standards.
  • Use feedback to keep improving what you create.
  • Partner with legal and business teams to understand their daily challenges.
  • Run feedback sessions and focus groups.
  • Share insights that improve user experience and tool adoption.

Qualifications

  • Background in digital adoption, IT training, or tech enablement (legal or professional services experience is a real plus).
  • Understanding of legal workflows and how digital tools support them.
  • Confident delivering training and creating engaging online learning content.
  • Strong communication skills; you can connect with everyone from trainees to partners.
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot/GenAI, Workday Learning, iManage, and Intapp Time.
  • Curious, proactive, and quick to pick up new technologies.

What Matters To Us

  • You're genuinely interested in technology and how it improves working life.
  • You're well organised and can juggle competing priorities.
  • You can work independently but also love collaborating with others.
  • You're patient and empathetic—technology doesn’t come naturally to everyone.

What’s On Offer

  • Competitive salary with performance bonus.
  • Private medical insurance and pension.
  • Proper hybrid flexibility—just 1 day per week in the office.
  • Wide‑ranging learning and development opportunities.
  • Friendly, inclusive culture with active employee networks.
  • Regular social events and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Chance to work on broader digital projects and shape how we use technology.
