Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Digital Content Manager to join this team. The Digital Content Manager will be responsible for defining & executing the holistic search strategy and overseeing our content supply chain end to end. This role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, alongside implementing the innovation roadmap across digital services, tools, and approaches - including CRM, chatbots & further digital solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the content supply chain end-to-end - from generation and approval to implementation across tools, platforms, and assets.
  • Manage the content roadmap, working closely with Medical teams to enable execution, secure approvals, set priorities, and remove roadblocks.
  • Ensure compliance across agencies and the marketing team.
  • Stay up to date on marketing technology relevant to content.
  • Define and deliver the content strategy, including the organic media roadmap in partnership with agencies and the brand team.
  • Lead the rollout of global tools and initiatives related to content.
  • Collaborate closely with the Media Manager, DT&IT, agencies, and Medical stakeholders.
  • Support EDAM, R&Rs, and P&I management processes.
  • Deploy the agreed innovation roadmap in digital services such as chatbots, live agents, gamification, and couponing. Support Connected Pack initiatives.
  • Manage CRM plan and execution together with brand teams, agencies, and DT&IT.

  • Previous role with a creative and digital focus.
  • Experience optimising processes, performance, and campaigns.
  • Effective collaborator who can influence cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity and taking initiative.
  • Experimental and curious mindset.
  • Ability to work with multiple internal and external partners to deliver project outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and analyse different types of data and infer appropriate actions.
  • Experience in working in a consumer goods / health care environment.
