SP Executive Search is supporting a global consumer brand in the search for a senior digital leader to cover a 12-month leave. This is a fixed-term contract with no extension, making it well-suited to experienced freelancers or contractors seeking a defined, high-impact assignment.

£120,000 – £150,000 (pro rata, depending on experience) | London | 3–4 days in office

Details

• London based, 3–4 days per week in office
• Immediate start preferred, with scope for handover

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA digital strategy across app, kiosks, and off-premises channels
• Own vendor/partner relationships and oversee commercial agreements
• Manage and develop the EMEA digital team, setting priorities and ensuring execution across markets
• Partner with technology, marketing, operations and global digital teams to land key initiatives
• Deliver against growth targets through innovation, operational improvements and strong business planning
• Senior digital leadership experience with international remit (EMEA highly desirable)
• Proven track record delivering app-based solutions – both local launches and global roll-outs
• Strong commercial acumen, balancing growth, operations and customer satisfaction
• Background in QSR, restaurant, or retail (consumer brand experience is key)
• Gravitas to influence at exec level and credibility with franchisees, partners, and global teams
