Job Description
The Digital Experience Product Manager is responsible for driving the strategy and quality of our MyStateStreet platform. State Street’s product office focuses on continuous product innovation and platform modernization. We seek experienced leaders in product management to engage across the organization and ensure delivery against milestones towards the target state.
The candidate will be a subject matter expert of MyStateStreet for the American and EMEA regions, engaging with internal and external clients to understand market trends, competitive landscape, and business needs. The role requires accounting and custody data domain experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide robust solutions within an existing technology framework. The position reports to the Digital Experience Product Management lead.

What You Will Be Responsible For
- Providing training and demonstrations of MyStateStreet’s core capabilities to internal and external users.
- Driving product enhancements through collaborative discussions with stakeholders.
- Identifying product deficiencies compared to competitors.
- Managing the full lifecycle of the product suite, including design, prioritization, and decisions on replacement or termination.
- Generating new feature ideas and improvements.
- Communicating product strategy, market requirements, and opportunities to stakeholders.
- Managing, prioritizing, and deploying reporting solutions with a report development team.
- Documenting and communicating new reports or enhancements to users.
Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree, preferably in business, economics, or IT.
- 5-7 years of experience in financial services.
- Experience in client presentations and software demonstrations.
- Proven track record of performance and results.
- Willingness to travel as required.

- Experience selling or demonstrating financial software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including storytelling.
- Strong business acumen and ability to handle questions during live demos.
- Understanding of technology, troubleshooting connectivity and data display issues.
