The Digital Experience Product Manager is responsible for driving the strategy and quality of our MyStateStreet platform. State Street’s product office focuses on continuous product innovation and platform modernization. We seek experienced leaders in product management to engage across the organization and ensure delivery against milestones towards the target state.
The candidate will be a subject matter expert of MyStateStreet for the American and EMEA regions, engaging with internal and external clients to understand market trends, competitive landscape, and business needs. The role requires accounting and custody data domain experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide robust solutions within an existing technology framework. The position reports to the Digital Experience Product Management lead.
You will join the Institutional Services function, which delivers a comprehensive approach to client relationships—servicing asset managers, asset owners, insurance companies, and official institutions globally. Providing training and demonstrations of MyStateStreet’s core capabilities to internal and external users.
Undergraduate degree, preferably in business, economics, or IT.
~5-7 years of experience in financial services.
~ Experience in client presentations and software demonstrations.
~ Proven track record of performance and results.
~ Willingness to travel as required.

Experience selling or demonstrating financial software.
Understanding of technology, troubleshooting connectivity and data display issues.
Risk assessment skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, organizational, and time management skills.
