Here at Doncasters we specialise in turning metals into motion, working with household names such as Rolls Royce and Airbus. We are looking for an experienced Digital Learning Advisor to help us continue our journey.

You will be working as part of our diverse global HR Team. This role will be homebased with opportunities to work from our site offices based on location.

The typical working hours for this role are Monday – Thursday 08:30am-17:00pm, with an early finish of 14:00pm on Fridays!

The Role

As a Digital Learning SME, you'll play a key role in enhancing how we develop and engage our workforce. Working closely with the HR team, you'll identify areas where digital learning can support business needs and drive growth. You’ll create engaging content such as e-learning modules, videos, and blended learning experiences for various topics. Your role includes ensuring all materials meet industry standards while always looking for ways to improve learning effectiveness. You'll also administer our learning systems, making sure they are up-to-date and fully utilized, by developing assessments, quizzes, and knowledge checks. You'll measure the impact of learning and adjust content based on feedback and performance data to keep our initiatives relevant and effective.
