Digital Tourism Business / Management Consultant - UK contract, Middle East client

Background in Digital Business Consultancy (definition/documentation/presentation)

Experience in the Travel & Hospitality industry is a definite bonus

Experience working within the Middle East (UAE or KSA ideally)

UK/remote based, with ability to travel (trips no longer than 1-2 weeks, planned ad-hoc, 3-4 trips per year)

Responsibilities

1. Define, agree, and mobilise the Digital Tourism Target Operating Model
2. Define Tourism's digital Services Assurance Integration and Management Framework (Strategy, Design, Build, Run)
3. Implement Governance Framework & Structures for Change, Configuration and Control Body, Partner Integration Framework, Acceptance into Service Framework, Issues & Requests Management
4. Define Tourism's digital support model and framework for seamless visitor experience and robust support services
5. Define the high-level Capability and Maturity Model for Digital Tourism
6. Define and publish the Common Framework to align Business and IT
7. Define the Visitor Care strategy, digital toolset requirements, and establish Visitor Care
8. Define the Digital Communications strategy & requirements across the Common Framework (Strategy, Design, Build & Run)
9. Support development of a business case, including cost elements and vendor quotes, and statements of work for tendering services and budgeting
