Job Description
We are collaborating with this organization to secure a highly capable Director of Brand Partnerships. This critical role focuses on the cultivation of strategic alliances and the development of robust relationships with a variety of brands to boost market visibility and strengthen the organization's position. The successful candidate will bring extensive expertise in brand management and partnership cultivation, particularly within the cosmetics and healthcare software domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a strategic framework for brand partnership initiatives that align seamlessly with the organization's objectives.
- Identify, engage, and negotiate with potential brand partners to establish solid partnership agreements.
- Supervise the rollout of collaborative marketing campaigns, ensuring precise communication of brand messaging.
- Conduct market analysis and consumer research to guide partnership strategies effectively.
- Partner with internal departments to optimize resources and enhance partnership outcomes.
- Assess and measure partnership efficacy, making strategic adjustments as needed.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in brand management or partnership roles within the cosmetics or health and wellness fields.
- Demonstrated success in forming impactful partnerships and executing collaborative marketing strategies.
- Exceptional analytical and negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adept at nurturing strong relationships.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related area; Master’s degree is preferred.
