About the Role

An exciting opportunity for a strategic and commercially driven Director – Channel Sales (Data & AI Ecosystem) to join a high-growth global data and AI consulting organization.

This role is focused on expanding partnerships, driving revenue growth, and leading new client acquisition across the UK and Europe. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of data engineering, cloud, and AI ecosystems, coupled with a proven track record in building high-value relationships and delivering measurable sales outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy focused on data, analytics, and AI consulting services.
  • Identify and build partnerships with leading cloud and data technology platforms, system integrators, and enterprise clients.
  • Own the business development lifecycle – from opportunity identification to deal closure.
  • Manage and grow strategic relationships with technology partners and enterprise clients to drive co-sell and joint solution opportunities.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets through consultative selling and account expansion.
  • Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to craft proposals, SOWs, and pitch decks aligned to client needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8–15 years of experience in business development, alliances, or sales within data, cloud, or AI consulting environments.
  • Strong understanding of the data engineering and analytics ecosystem, including data lakehouse architecture, AI/ML solutions, and modern cloud platforms.
  • Established network within technology partnerships or data solution providers in the UK or Europe.
  • Proven success in building strategic partnerships, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, and achieving multi-million-pound sales targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture.
  • Based in the UK (London preferred) with valid UK work authorization or PR.
