The Director of Continuous Improvement will lead enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen TE Connectivity’s culture of operational excellence. Working globally and cross-functionally, the Senior Director will align business strategy with execution, foster collaboration, and build the organisational capabilities that drive long-term success.

Position and Travel

Position could be Remote international travel as needed (50-75%).
