Overview
This leadership role offers the chance to shape global sales strategy and drive operational excellence in a fast-growing tech environment. You will lead a high-performing international team, establish scalable frameworks, and optimize processes across the entire sales lifecycle. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and GTM Operations teams to align strategy, maximize efficiency, and accelerate revenue growth. Ideal candidates excel at balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution, building cross-functional alignment, and delivering actionable insights from data. You will have the autonomy to implement innovative processes while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Build, inspire, and manage a global Sales Operations team, fostering high performance and accountability
- Drive annual and long-term revenue planning, including territory design, quota setting, and resource allocation
- Lead business reviews, providing data-driven recommendations to executives
- Optimize end-to-end sales processes to reduce friction, increase productivity, and improve efficiency
- Partner cross-functionally to align sales strategy, GTM initiatives, and revenue goals
- Deliver actionable insights via forecasting models, dashboards, and KPIs
- Partner with Technology teams to optimize sales systems, drive automation, and ensure tool adoption
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue/Sales Operations or related roles, with at least 5 years managing teams
- Proven ability to scale sales operations and implement effective processes in high-growth SaaS/tech environments
- Strong analytical skills, with expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Process-oriented mindset, capable of structuring ambiguity, prioritizing effectively, and executing at pace
- Technical proficiency with sales productivity tools and experience driving system adoption and optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus
