Lead the Cloud Services function, aligning strategy with business and customer needs. Manage and develop a team of cloud professionals, fostering an inclusive and high-performance culture. Collaborate with hosting and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless hybrid service delivery. Drive continuous improvement using data, reporting, and performance metrics. Develop cost-effective delivery models and ensure financial accountability. Ensure compliance with security and operational governance frameworks. Build strong relationships across the organisation and with external partners.
Requirements
Deep expertise in cloud technologies, particularly with Azure and AWS. Proven ability to build and evolve modern cloud services in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent commercial and financial acumen, including experience with Cloud FinOps. Skilled in strategic planning, prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement.
