Base pay range

We are a multinational corporation serving both B2B & B2C markets with annual revenues in the UK of over $1.3 billion.

We have an excellent opportunity for a Director of Corporate Communications to come on board and take responsibility for developing and executing both internal and external communication strategies and leading a small communication team to enhance the company's brand and reputation.

This is a hybrid role with approx. 2-3 days in the office per week.

About the role

You will be responsible for the strategic planning, internal and external communication management including social media, executive communications support and cross functional collaboration.

As part of the executive team, this role will support the CEO and executive management in all communications activities.

Other core duties for this role are:

• Providing crisis and change management support to relevant functions and teams
• Sitting on the management/executive team and providing coaching and support for key stakeholders
• Partnering and establishing relationships within the executive team and with key internal and external stakeholders
• Building, managing and inspiring a high performing team
• Ensuring that communication standards and excellence are implemented throughout the business, with an increased focus on digital communication techniques.
• Managing the communications budget and measuring the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives

About you

We’re seeking a candidate with strong expertise in internal and external communications with a background working in fast paced B2B and B2C markets.

You should have 8-10 years + experience with prior experience managing a team and strong collaborative skills with internal and external stakeholders.
