Position Overview

We are working with a leading events business in London seeking a Director of Delegate Services to lead and expand their delegate division. This role is ideal for an innovative, hands-on leader with strong technical and operational expertise in events.

This is a hybrid position requiring 1 day per week in their Southwest-based office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a dedicated delegate services team.
• Oversee delegate management, website builds, apps, and on-site solutions.
• Drive operational excellence and meet financial targets.
• Support client proposals, event delivery, and process improvements.

• Experience in event operations and delegate technology (Cvent experience essential).
• Proven leadership skills with a collaborative, supportive approach.
