We work with agencies and clients to transform the value of data by bringing together technology, data, and analytics capabilities. We deliver this through the Open Media Studio, an AI-enabled media and data platform for the next era of advertising.
Our team of thinkers, builders, creators, and problem solvers is over 1,000 strong, across 20 markets worldwide.
(We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of DevOps to lead our DevOps chapter. In this role, you will drive the adoption of DevOps best practices, ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of our systems, and foster collaboration among development, operations, and other stakeholders. This leadership position combines strategic thinking with technical expertise to deliver efficient, automated, and high-performing software delivery pipelines.
Define and execute the organization's DevOps strategy, aligning with business goals and technology roadmaps.
# Champion a DevOps culture across teams, fostering collaboration between development, operations, QA, and security teams.
# Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing DevOps team, including engineers and specialists.
# Set clear goals, manage performance, and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
# Architect, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable, and repeatable software delivery.
# Drive automation initiatives across the development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and infrastructure provisioning.
# Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
At least 5+ years in leadership roles within DevOps, infrastructure, or software engineering.
Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Go).
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
