Overview


Director of Partner Sales - EMEA is a driving force in executing and scaling sales performance through strategic partner relationships at Workiva. This leader will guide a team of Partner Sales professionals responsible for managing Regional, Consulting, and Global Integration Partners and their channel sales strategies. You’ll leverage extensive industry experience to implement and optimise the EMEA Channel and Alliance Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, drive net-new growth, and cultivate new sales opportunities through the partner ecosystem. This role requires strong collaboration with Sales Leadership, Account Executives, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Sales Operations to ensure programme success and achieve aggressive targets.
