What you’ll be doing

Leading, coaching, and developing a team of 8‑10 Senior Product Designers, a UX writer, and a design system expert Setting a clear design vision across human + agent workflows Partnering closely with Product and Engineering leadership on strategic initiatives Influencing product direction through systems thinking and high‑quality interaction design
