Director, Technical Consulting Services – Workday AI & Integration Lead – Remote, UK-Based | Up to £140k base + bonus
We’re partnered with a global consultancy looking to appoint a new Director to lead their Technical Consulting Services function across EMEA. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who understands the Workday ecosystem (Integrations, Data, Reporting, Prism, Extend) and is ready to build a tech Centre of Excellence with AI at the core. This role is about defining what’s next, not simply maintaining currently established operations.

What you’ll bring
- Proven background in Workday technical consulting (7–10+ years), including hands-on experience with:
- Integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors)
- Prism Analytics, Workday Extend, and composite reporting
- Vision and delivery experience with Workday AI capabilities, ideally including Illuminate and exposure to RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, etc.)
- Leadership style that balances execution with innovation; ability to manage remotely and inspire across cultures
- Pre-sales and delivery alignment experience with RFPs, estimations, solutioning
