Director, Technical Consulting Services – Workday AI & Integration Lead

Remote, UK-Based | Up to £140k base + bonus

We’re partnered with a global consultancy looking to appoint a new Director to lead their Technical Consulting Services across EMEA. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone with deep expertise in the Workday ecosystem, including Integrations, Data, Reporting, Prism, Extend, and AI.

This role involves building a Centre of Excellence with AI at its core, focusing on innovation and strategic leadership.

What you’ll bring

• 7–10+ years of proven experience in Workday technical consulting, with hands-on expertise in:
• Integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors)
• Prism Analytics, Workday Extend, and reporting tools
• Experience with Workday AI features, including Illuminate and RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, etc.)
• Leadership style that balances execution and innovation, capable of managing remotely and inspiring across cultures.
• Experience with pre-sales and delivery, including RFPs, estimations, and solution design.
