Role Overview

We are seeking a Director to lead warehouse finance transactions for Fintech clients across the UK and Europe. The role involves credit analysis, transaction structuring, legal negotiations, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead structuring, underwriting, and closing of warehouse facilities.
2. Engage with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure successful deal execution.
3. Manage existing portfolio and adapt to changing client needs.
4. Supervise deal teams and share expertise on structuring and portfolio management.
5. Build relationships within the Fintech and alternative lending sectors.
6. Provide insights into asset types and industry trends.

Minimum Requirements

1. Experience in financial modelling, structuring asset-backed facilities, and legal documentation.
2. Strong analytical skills with large data pools.
3. Relevant quantitative degree, CFA, or equivalent experience.
4. Structured finance experience from banking, lending, or rating agencies.
5. Interest in technology, venture capital, or private equity, with experience working with Fintech startups being a plus.
