Divisional Director - South of England & Wales
Location: South of England & Wales (field-based with travel across the region)
Salary: Up to £140,000 basic + Car Allowance + Bonus + LTIP

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop a team of Regional Managers to drive performance across the South of England and Wales.
• Embed a culture of exceptional service and one-to-one customer engagement throughout the division.
• Maintain and strengthen a positive, people-first culture through change and growth.
• Translate strategic goals into operational success, growing sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with central teams to align performance, standards, and service delivery.
• Be a visible, hands-on leader who sets high standards and inspires excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Senior leader with experience at Divisional, Regional, or Senior Operations level.
• Based in or willing to operate across the South of England and Wales.
• Background in service-led, one-to-one sales environments within a retail or large-scale hospitality brand.
• Commercially sharp with proven ability to analyse performance and drive results.
• Experience leading transformation and change in a retail or hospitality setting.
• Inspirational people leader who can motivate, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Strategic mindset balanced by a hands-on approach to leadership.
