We are looking for a Document Automation Analyst to lead the implementation of automation technology and software, enhancing efficiency and streamlining processes.
Automation is a key investment area, as adopting technology is fundamental to our 3-year growth strategy. In this newly created role, you will influence our automation processes and make an immediate impact.
You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated document generation systems to improve efficiency and accuracy in legal document creation.
You’ll build key relationships across the firm to collaborate with legal teams and understand their automation requirements.
Document automation is a pivotal development area to drive quality and efficiency. Having an inquisitive and technical mindset to identify areas for improvement will be essential. You will use your technical and analytical skills to implement solutions that streamline document workflows, reduce manual effort, and ensure compliance with legal standards.
As the Document Automation Analyst, you will:
- Develop Automation: Design and develop automated document templates and workflows using document automation software. Maintain comprehensive documentation and version control.
- Gather Requirements: Collaborate with legal teams to understand their document generation needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain Systems: Update and maintain existing automation systems to meet current legal standards and business needs.
- Ensure Quality: Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide Training and Support: Train legal staff on automation tools and systems.
- Improve Processes: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance automation efficiency.
We are looking for:
- Legal Knowledge: Understanding of legal terminology, document types, and compliance requirements.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills to address automation challenges.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills for collaboration.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in automated documents.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience: Prior experience in a legal role, with a preference for experience using Avvoka.
