Key Responsibilities
Lead finance transformation initiatives in partnership with the Product Domain Lead, acting as deputy and escalation point for domain leadership. Own and govern end-to-end finance processes, ensuring integration and alignment across business domains such as Source to Pay, Order to Cash and Data to Insights. Design, implement and optimise finance solutions that align with enterprise architecture and strategic business goals, collaborating with IT, business and external partners. Drive architectural consistency, compliance and continuous improvement by embedding best practices and staying current with industry trends. Demonstrate 100% commitment to zero harm behaviours to support a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications
Strong understanding of relevant technologies, frameworks and tools within the domain including SAP S/4 Hana. In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards for the domain. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem‑solving skills and strategic thinking ability.
