We are looking for an ambitious Associate Director to join our growing Due Diligence team. You will assist in executing financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions and support new business generation.

Our Transaction Services team is award-winning and highly regarded. The team specializes in financial due diligence, advising clients on business acquisitions and investments, with deal values typically ranging from £5m to £250m.

This role offers an opportunity to join the dynamic world of Corporate Finance and Transaction Services, leading the execution of financial due diligence projects and contributing to the growth of the business.
