We're looking for two experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultants to support the rollout of a new BC solution within a retail environment. This is a fully remote contract role, ideal for consultants with hands-on expertise in configuration, data migration, and retail-specific processes.

• Deliver and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across multiple business functions.
• Configure and manage Configuration Packages for data migration and updates.
• Participate in workshops, data validation, UAT, and go-live support.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation.
• Configure stock, item master data, and related retail modules.
• Leverage retail operations knowledge to shape system setup and support user adoption.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience as a Business Central Functional Consultant (ideally across multiple implementations).
• At least one consultant must have advanced skills in Configuration Packages and data loading.
• Solid background in retail workflows (stock, sales, purchasing, etc.).
• Confident communicator across technical and non-technical teams.
• Detail-focused with a commitment to quality configuration and testing.
• Familiarity with BC stock and inventory processes.
• Basic understanding of Azure Queues / Service Bus.
• Exposure to Power Platform or Microsoft ecosystem tools.
• Experience with retail integrations or POS systems.
