Dynamics Business Central - Functional Consultant

Senior / Lead Business Central Consultant, Remote – UK Wide. Salary: Up to £85,000 + Benefits. Are you an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Senior / Lead BC Consultant to join a growing Microsoft Partner, working on high-profile projects across the UK.

This role offers the chance to shape solutions end-to-end, take ownership of client relationships, and work with cutting-edge technology, all while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote position.

The Role

• Lead and deliver Business Central implementations across multiple industries
• Run discovery workshops and gather requirements with key stakeholders
• Configure, customise, and optimise Business Central across Finance, Manufacturing, and Warehousing modules
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles from design to go-live
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices within the team
• Build strong client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV
• Hands-on knowledge across Finance, Manufacturing, and Warehousing
• End-to-end implementation experience, from scoping through to go-live support
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to mentor and lead others within a project environment
• Microsoft certifications in Business Central are advantageous but not essential
• You must have the right to work in the UK
