Who we are looking for

Required Experience:

  • Dynamics 2015/16/365 CE implementation and developing custom plugins, workflows and actions
  • Strong C# development to support bespoke plugin/workflow development
  • Strong JavaScript/HTML/CSS development to support bespoke interface development
  • Strong background in Power Automate
  • Insightful entity architecture, grounded in MS/Fetch SQL
  • Excellent communicator, capable of engaging at all levels with customers
  • Distributed team development, including source control (Git) and CI
  • Windows certifications, e.g. MCPs or MCSE
  • Experience rolling out Microsoft Power Platform Centre of Excellence (CoE) for clients, enabling self-sufficiency and alignment to best practice
  • Experience rolling out the Microsoft CoE Starter Kit and adapting it to client requirements
  • Deep experience with Canvas Apps
