Team Manager – Early Help
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Team Manager to lead a county‑wide team of Early Help Consultants within Nottinghamshire’s Early Help and Family Hub Network.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of up to 15 full‑time Early Help Consultants and oversee service delivery across the county.
- Manage budget responsibility, staff supervision and staff development.
- Work closely with partners to ensure children and families receive timely, effective support and continuously improve service performance.
- Maintain effective partnership working, problem‑solving and service improvement activities.
Required qualifications and experience
- A relevant professional qualification.
- 5+ years’ experience in children and family services.
- Strong leadership, partnership working and problem‑solving skills.
This post is also available as a secondment opportunity to existing Nottinghamshire County Council employees. You must seek approval from your line manager before applying.
