Ecommerce Executive Overview

We are recruiting for an Ecommerce Executive on behalf on this ladies occasionwear brand. They are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised individual to join their team and play a key role in ensuring the online store delivers a seamless shopping experience.

Only candidates with ecommerce / product upload experience will be considered, ideally within a fashion company.

Ecommerce Executive Responsibilities

• Accurately upload and manage all new product listings on the ecommerce platform, ensuring product information is complete and in line with brand standards
• Ensure all product imagery is correctly sized, optimised and uploaded in the correct order
• Coordinate timely product launches in alignment with marketing and campaign calendars
• Maintain product categories, filters and collections to optimise site navigation
• Regularly audit the website for errors, broken links or outdated content
• Analyse product and category performance using analytics tools
• Support with implementing SEO best practises
• Liaise with the buying, design and customer service teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product and inventory data

Ecommerce Executive Additional Information

• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, particularly Shopify
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Previous experience working within retail, fashion would be highly beneficial
