Role overview
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Senior Manager to lead and optimize our online sales channel. This role is pivotal in enhancing our digital presence, driving online revenue, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across our e-commerce platform and markets.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and alignment with brand aesthetics.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve online store KPIs such as SEO, merchandising, conversion rates, customer-centric UX/UI, and A/B testing.
- Define and drive the e-commerce roadmap in close collaboration with in-house development and UX/UI design teams.
- Collaborate with creative and merchandising teams to ensure accurate and compelling product listings, imagery, and promotional content.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition costs to inform strategic decisions.
- Enhance the online shopping experience by implementing best practices in UX/UI, personalization, and customer service.
- Work closely with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive operations and customer satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of e-commerce trends and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to the platform and user journey.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Robust experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the fashion or luxury retail sector.
- Proficiency in e-commerce software, ideally in a headless setup (e.g., Storyblok CMS, Centra backend) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong understanding of SEO, AI organic traffic, and the interplay between e-commerce and paid marketing (SEM, Social Ads).
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Passion for fashion and understanding of luxury consumer behavior.
