We are looking for an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to join a growing company and looking to expand their managerial skill under the guidance of Senior eDiscovery Project Managers.
** To be considered for this role, you must have experience as an eDiscovery Project Manager or Team Lead.
** You must have experience of sole responsibility of working with clients and understanding complex Relativity Workflows and be able to provide / demonstrate solutions to clients.
** We are also looking for a candidate with Relativity or RelativityOne Certification(s).

Role Overview
As an experienced Project Manager specialising in eDiscovery, you will lead complex eDiscovery projects, with a strong focus on remote forensic data collection and related documentation.
Using your expertise in Project Management and Relativity (and / or) Relativity One, you will work closely with legal teams and key stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end eDiscovery projects, overseeing project scope, resources, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
Serve as the main client point of contact, ensuring effective communication and high client satisfaction levels.
Supervise remote forensic data collection processes, ensuring adherence to security, accuracy, and compliance standards.
Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the forensic collection process, ensuring audit trails and compliance.
Optimise data processing and review workflows using Relativity / Relativity One.
Collaborate with legal teams, IT departments, and external vendors to meet project objectives.
Maintain high-quality standards, including training and supporting teams on RelativityOne capabilities.
Key Skills and Qualifications Experience in eDiscovery, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
Expertise in managing remote forensic collection processes and related documentation best practices.
In-depth understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and related legal processes.
RelOne certifications (e.g., Relativity Certified Administrator) highly desirable.
Strong proficiency in RelativityOne workflows, data analytics, and Technology-Assisted Review (TAR).
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills to support project success.
