The Opportunity: Recruitment Consultant - Based in Bristol but operating across Bristol and Wales.

We are recruiting for the role of Recruitment Consultant based in our growing Bristol Office. You will collaborate with a team of experienced consultants to source, onboard and manage educators, connecting them with schools across Wales and Bristol. This is a hybrid role with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home. Mondays and Fridays the whole UK team are in the offices to start and wrap up the week as a team.

Salary Range: £26,850-£37,000 based on experience (+commission)

Driver’s Licence and Vehicle Required

Responsibilities

• Attract, onboard, and market exceptional educators
• Develop new business through sales calls, networking & lead generation in a challenging market
• Manage day-to-day, short and long-term placements with a consultative approach
• Facilitate interviews and negotiate with clients and educators

• Experience in UK based recruitment or sales (essential)
• Experience of working in an education setting (ideal)
• A strong understanding of the local education market (essential)
