Salary: £36,000 - £41,000 plus van, tools, company bonus scheme and regular overtime.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrician who has skills in other trades to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering Hemel Hempstead, Watford, St Albans and surrounding areas.

A Multi Trade Operative will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of maintenance and responsive repairs across properties in the specified area.
• Perform void works and property MOTs as part of ongoing maintenance.
• Work across the electrician trade and any secondary trades as required to complete tasks.
• Ensure work is carried out efficiently and completed within required deadlines.
• Provide a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• 18th Edition certificate.
• 2391 Testing and Inspecting qualification.
• Valid UK driving licence (a company vehicle will be provided for work use).
• Eligibility to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not offered.
• Basic Criminal Record Check clearance.
